Classic Carl Alberg 19' sloop, 1977 Cape Dory Typhoon. Known worldwide as "America's littlest yacht" for it's construction quality and sailing characteristics. Typhoon is in great condition with a Honda 2 hp 4-stroke long shaft outboard (few hours) with original bronze bracket.   Mainsail, jib and storm jib with covers are in good condition. Includes Danforth anchor, fenders, cockpit and cuddy cabin cushions, Porta Potty, fire extinguisher and stands.
